Baji Live reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes keeping your password private, logging out when using a shared device, and notifying Baji Live immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Baji Live will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from B aji Live that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
All deposits on Baji Live are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit.
Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your Baji Live account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed at the mobile wallet end. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.
Baji Live does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR. To protect against fraud and money laundering, Baji Live requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
KYC verification typically requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document such as a National Identity Card (CNIC) and may include proof of address or payment method ownership depending on the withdrawal amount and account history.
Baji Live offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Baji Live reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that the account has been used in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other users or the integrity of games.
Common grounds for suspension or closure include: violation of eligibility requirements, provision of false registration information, suspected bonus abuse, fraudulent deposit activity, collusion or use of prohibited software. In cases of confirmed fraud, Baji Live may withhold the full account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method subject to completion of any active wagering requirements and standard KYC checks.
Baji Live provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime, accuracy of odds and smooth gameplay, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.
To the maximum extent permitted, Baji Live's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.
